GENERAL TERMS OF PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- All personal data submitted to Novi Način d.o.o. are kept and protected from unauthorized and unintended use in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter: General Regulation). These General Terms of Privacy and Protection of Personal Data of the trading company Novi Način d.o.o. regulate the scope and method of collecting personal data, the purpose for which these data are used, their storage and the way in which you exercise your rights from the aforementioned General Regulation.

- Novi Način d.o.o. collects only those personal data that you submit to us by making inquiries through our website, by submitting a job application and in other ways. This data includes your first and last name, OIB, address, email address, phone number, data required for issuing invoices, and all data that you have provided to us, which are necessary to fulfill our obligations to you and our legal rights. By sending your personal data by making an inquiry and/or registering on our website or by submitting it in another way, you give us your consent to collect, use and store this personal data in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
- The personal data you submitted, Novi Način d.o.o. it is used to respond to your inquiries, to implement our contractual relations with you, to fulfill our legal obligations, to investigate your satisfaction with our services, and to inform you about our services. At the same time, if the execution of the job requires it, we give your personal data to the Croatian Post or other mail deliverers for the purpose of delivery to your address and to banks for the execution of payment transactions. Also, for the purpose of realizing part of our contractual relations, we may give your data to our manufacturers and/or suppliers of IT services to the extent necessary for the performance of their work. They sign a declaration of confidentiality in which they undertake to keep and protect your personal data.

- Personal data is kept as long as it is necessary to fulfill the obligation of Novi Način d.o.o. or within the period determined by legal regulations (e.g. those governing accounting, taxation, statute of limitations, preservation of archival material, etc.), whichever is longer.
- Legal entities that submitted their personal data to Novi Način d.o.o. include the right to access personal data, the right to delete personal data, the right to limit the processing of personal data and the right to object, all in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation.

We respond to all properly received requests within a reasonable time.
